No Yolk! can be used to make -macarons, pavlovas, meringues,marshmallows and doughnuts, cheeses, butter, mayonnaise and more.

 

Ingredients: 100% Australian chickpea brine

Aquafaba is the common name for chickpea, bean or legume cooking liquid. 

Properties include emulsifying, foaming, binding, gelatinising and thickening.

  • HOW TO USE:

    3 T = 1 large egg 

       Use 3 Tablespoons of noYolk! as a replacement for 1 lge whole egg; 2 Tablespoons of noYolk!  for 1 egg white. Whip using an electric mixer for fluffy aeration, or add into a mixture for binding properties, bake, fry and cook as required.
